Matter of fact, Bush wasn't just drunk on power, he was likely just drunk most of the time, like he was during the 2008 Beijing olympics:

General Atomics, the makers or former makers of most of the drone aircraft we operate, would beg to differ. They have really done well since 09 when BHO was put into office.
