I wonder if it would have been manslaughter had someone swerved, crashed and died?

I often swerve to miss animals in the road, almost bit it a couple of times. Its a reflex I cant help it.

I can picture a person who works with retards all day then having to drive home and see more retards in her house being capable of running over turtles for fun. Right dreams? I can almost hear her giggling now. Sick witch.
