If Obama wins, the right-wing republican half of the country led by fox news and talk radio will do everything in it's power to block anything the democrats and obama try to do. And at the same time they will be preaching at the highest level of volume that romney/republicans would have solved all the countries problems. The country will become even far more divided and politically paralyzed than it is today which is really saying something. Nothing will improve in the country it will just go further and further down the road of decline.

If Romney wins, the right-wing republican half of the country will celebrate and will believe that romney will solve all the country's crises.
After enough time has passed that the right-wing republican half of the country led by fox news and talk radio begins to realize that nothing has improved and the country is still declining in every way at the same rate, the right-wingers will blame all that on obama, the same way the liberals have blamed bush for everything that has occurred during obama's watch.

In other words, nothing of any importance will be any different after tomorrow. Only the yahoo'ing and blathering of media bloviators will be different depending on who wins.

Difficult to say, I have read several opinions saying if BHO wins he will not have the benefit of a "honeymoon period" to start coming through on his old, stale promises whereas if Romney wins there will be a partisan slow down until he takes office. Bottom line - it all depends on the hard heads in the Congress and Senate. Will they decide it's over let's start working on real solutions or not? If no, then whoever is elected will be useless.

Yeah, there's that and the fact that if Romney is elected we will go to war with Iran which will make the Iraq debacle look like a Sunday afternoon walk in the park.

I see you didn't get picked for jury duty. Thank God!

On second thought, Sal, Obama has said emphatically that he "will not allow Iran to have a nuke".
So it probably won't matter who is in office, we will go to war with Iran. It might just take Obama a little longer is all.
