In roughly total five hours of testimony before the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee, former Trump fixer Michael Cohen described his former boss as a racist who had committed a number of criminal infractions during the 2016 presidential campaign. He also said President Trump has not been completely forthcoming about his relationship with the Russian government, specifically with regard to plans for a Trump Tower project in Moscow.

Not that disclosing the fact that DJT is a cheat, liar etc. was a news flash but I have a question.

People familiar with his operation in NYC, his casinos and golf clubs and towers around the world everyone says he is a slimy businessman. "Everyone knows" begs the question: If this is obviously so, why hasn't the SDNY brought charges against him before now? Why has he been allowed to continue in his criminal activities, tax evasion etc.?

Reading McCabe's book, he's describing the RICO provisions. Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization provision seems tailor-made for the Trump organization. What's the holdup?

I suspect there have been a lot of Trump favors done for politicians in New York, or these things would have been investigated by now.
A little money in the right hands can buy a lot of "looking the other way" from corrupt police officials.
Now that it's out in the public, they have no choice but to investigate. The stupidest thing Trump ever did was to run for POTUS.

Let's hope so anyway. Something has to happen to bring his reign of terror to an end.

“If it is true, it is absolutely damaging,” Quinta Jurecic, the managing editor of Lawfare, said of Cohen’s testimony that Donald Trump knew about Roger Stone’s coördinating with WikiLeaks.

About the academic records: Fordham has confirmed that they were threatened with legal action if Drumpf's school records were released. He doesn't talk about Fordham, where he spent the first 2 years of college...it's always about Wharton, where one of his professors called him "dumbest". I'm betting he was a poor student, partly because he hates to work.
