Team wins! I couldn't agree more. Sick to death of showcasing one player.

The whole goat thing is all about me, and not enough about team. I have my fingers crossed that the Wolves can get by an improving Denver team. I will be traveling this weekend but if I make it home Saturday, I will be watching NBA playoff games. I am averaging about eight NBA games a week viewing. Their numbers have to be off the chart this year with good team play.

Sadly... I'm clumping curry into this syndrome. I was really impressed over the last few years as his defense improved... but I always doubted his durability. I would bet that within a couple of years that he'll simply be a catch and shoot weapon... not that there's anything wrong with that in the proper system. In the gsw scheme I just don't think that he has the same value. If pt on the open market this summer gsw could set up the next 7-8 years if smart.

Philly is the real deal. The process has worked. I think there is a good chance the Cavs will not even get out of East because finally their is talent in the East after about a 12 year drought. So much of the James legend has been built playing NBA teams which probably over the last 12 years could have been beaten by NCCA to teams.....easily.

Philly has NO room for James and he would destroy that team. Of course he wants to find a team which will win it for him because he kills team play. Worst thing Philly could ever do as they right now are playing at top 3 level in the NBA. No team in the East will beat them.

It makes me angry that the media is being dismissive of the Wolves vs Houston. James Hardin has historically not showed up in the playoffs. When Jimmy Butler is guarding him he shoots only 33% as Butler has been the best defender on Hardin, not so much on Westbrook. I think the Wolves will take them to seven.

Gsw are better in the long run without curry. I'm sorry to say it... but it's true.

They really are. Klay is already the catch and shoot guy... and curry has near full value right now.

A guy like butler would seal the dynasty imo. They would literally have no weaknesses.

I also like Horford, Simmons, Embiid... and other role players. Even moving up in draft to get miles bridges, jjj, or trade for valentine would be awesome. They could dominate for 7 or 8 years... 5+ titles.

He needs to get away from the Bulls to find success. They had one of the highest attendance in the NBA and they are pretending to want a good team, when all they are doing is saving about a hundred million a year in salaries.......a franchise which is living in the past.

Wiggins and towns have disappeared for the playoffs. These talented young kids have a learning curve. Jimmy is exhausted and hurt, but he and Gibson do not understand give up. Even Rose has made contributions. My personal opinion is wiggins needs to be traded. He is just an offensive player who does better in an upbeat offense.

James simply destroys team play. His career has not been about winning, but ball hogging. I am sorry. I have played with people like him who are so much better than most on the floor that they have no confidence in his team, but thinks he must do it all. It is like a virus......it spreads and destroys a team. The East has been awful for a decade where James just ran up stats while his entire career from high school where he recruited the best only got him three championships.... exactly what I predicted years ago, and what Pippen said.....if you want to win.....you do not go with James.

It's just sad that there will be a generation that think that's how bb should be played. I hope he stays in Cleveland. It'd suck if he messed up a young team like the 76'rs. The problem he has is attracting talent. Who would really want to join the lebron anti-system? They don't even have a real coach... besides lebron. If not for Kyrie Irving and Ray Allen miracle bombs he would be 1-7 in finals... and if this era were not so historically weak in the East he'd never have had all of those opportunities.

Btw... I got the Pacers before the series started at 20:1 from a lebron homer. He's trying to buy out now.... lol.

The Pacers have been confounding the experts. After the George trade they had them in the toilet. What a talented young team. The Philly vs Heat game is like a war. I have not seen this kind of spirited physical play in years. After a decade of mediocrity, we are seeing signs of greatness out of the East. The perfect video yesterday is watching all the Cavs hustle back on D, while James stands in the paint and watches his guy sink a three. I agree that he will taint any team he plays for because he destroys team play.

I honestly do not know how history will record his career. A great role model and a great person, but in my opinion he was never coached his entire career, and in the end he has suffered because nobody can stop him from running up stats when he should be working within a team framework.

It is do or die for the timberwolves tonight. Butler is hurt. Towns is oddly absent. Wiggins is not what people have said. He is NO max player. He is just one more selfish offensive player looking for HIS stats and despite his incredible physical gifts does not play a lick of defense.

Three former Bulls Etwan Moore, Rondo, and Niko are dominating the play for NO who after Boogey went down were counted out, but the Bulls players have transformed this franchise.

Wade a former Bull player last year has sparked the Miami heat as they are fighting their way into a 7th game with a very good Philly team.

The Timberwolves have Rose, Butler, and Gibson as they are in the playoffs, but are struggling with a very good Houston Team.

The common denominator is that management of Gar Foreman and John Paxon have destroyed the Bulls and installed probably one of the worst NBA coaches I have ever seen. Fred Hoiberg can coach college kids, but he cannot coach adult men. The Bulls have no payroll and are putting multi millions in their pockets as they have the largest attendance in the NBA and are just pretending to rebuild.....who needs to rebuild when they had that kind of talent and squandered it.

I am so happy for Rose. He has spent four years injured. Nobody gave this youngest MVP any slack expecting him to be a mvp with a broken body. He may never be an MVP but with Thibs you have old school loyalty, which mentally is just what Rose needed. I will take bets now that Thibs will get Noah for nothing from NY, and he will play with the second group which will include Rose. Butler is one of the toughest players in the NBA,and his continual sacrificing his body will take its toll.

I am watching the Utah game, and damn.....I have not seen a bad playoff game yet this year. The popularity of the NBA is growing by leaps and bounds as so many teams and regions have competitive teams. My hat is off the Silvers who has continued the high standards of the NBA brand.

All the attention on James belies the problem. It is him. No team can win with him on it at this point in his career. Finally, the analyst are telling the truth about his defense. His blocks or goaltending after the man he is guarding blows by him have become classic......that is simply poor lazy defense. The Pacers were supposed to be a lottery pick team after George left, but they are going to take the Cavs to a seven game series in the first round......greatest player.....please.
