Ricky Aguayo, whose brother was our kicker last year broke a record with SIX field goals in his first game.

Demarcus Walker, DE played a terrific game too!

He might be the smoothest kicker I've ever seen... it looks like he barely puts any effort into the stroke.

I've been watching this TN/VT game, and it's a pretty good contest.

But, the venue is absurd.

Whose idea was it to stage a game in the infield of a NASCAR track??

None of the spectators appear to be in the same zip code as the game.

Meanwhile, Kentucky's QB today completed two passes and threw three picks.

Sure they will. Both teams played hard. I remember when FSU played Louisville on their turf back in 2002 (or so). The Cards beat the 'Noles in 2 OTs in heavy rain.

Back in the 1990s, I worked with a bunch of FSU alumni. During football season, they would walk in on Monday morning humming the FSU fight song and waving their arms in the tomahawk chop.....except for on the occasions when their team lost--their depression was evident then. We would be waiting to thoroughly razz them on those days:

"Oh, Brian, I feel your pain this morning... (well, sort of {smirk}).....

It's never "just a game" to a true fan.... The Rebels of 'Ole Miss are leading Alabama 3/4 of the way into the 2nd Qtr. There will likely be much rotation into and out of the upper tier of the rankings before it is all over.

I may have to give up on college football this season.

The team I hate with the heat of a thousand suns is averaging 65 points a game, and prolly has the front runner at this point for the Heisman.

[I just puked up in my mouth substantially]
