Can you just imagine, had it had been Bob or I who'd "blamed" a person who happened to be black, how we'd immediately be deemed racist? So why isn't Seaoat accusing Hillary of being racist I wonder, hmm?

Colin made it clear too, he advised her against the use of a PRIVATE server and using it to store classified information up to and including TS/SCI. He had used private email itself, but not as a storage device. And he never advised her to delete a gazillion emails. I guess Powell has outlived his political usefulness and was probably not going to vote for Hillary or endorse her, so under the bus he went. Typical is Dems using African Americans and tossing them aside if their political usefulness (votes) has gone by. Yes, Hillary
Blamed the black guy and it's clear for all to see. If that's not true,
He doesn't come out vehemently denying her actions like he has.

Another point is that there was no unclassified dos email system during powell's tenure. His depiction as to its advantages referred to the basic and new email communications that kept everyone up to speed and coordinated. He still used the dos secure system for all classified correspondence as required by law.
