I'm more concerned about her head and vision. At her last hearing she was wearing those thick glasses with the parallel lines across them when she was recovering from her concussion. She was asked to refer to the notebook for specific quotes and details several times and she refused each time. I saw her reach for it once, then push it away and shake her head.

Well... she was certainly able to read her script... er notes this time. She rarely spoke without looking at it.
