Apples and Oranges. Gangs and the violence associated with the drug war and Police who are out of control. Both can coexist with the same evil output. They are not mutually exclusive. Eliminate both. First, end the drug war and decriminalize drugs. Second, cut the criminal justice budget.

She does nothing to answer either question. Gangs shooting people or police shooting people simply means more citizens at risk. We can fix the problem. She has no solution if one of her kids is in jail. She is part of the problem.
