Yep, guess he needs more people dependent on the government teat. This will add a big chunk. What a fool.

The coal industry will never be shrunk. It has too much clout in Congress and in state governments. What will happen is U.S. coal will continue to be exported to countries that will allow it to be burned. We will just export the CO2 to somewhere else and make believe we are helping the planet.
