We didn't agree to a deal to be besties, this deal is about nuclear weapons. If Iran doesn't abide by the terms, there are consequences.

Ink isn't even dry and you are making excuses. There will be no consequences. Time and time again -Libya and the Ambassador, Syria, Crimea- all red lines Obama marks out and lets people pass over. This will be no different except that Iran will now have a nuclear blackmail card to play.

Why would John Kerry be surprised that Iran intends to cheat?  

They have never complied with any agreement in the past.  I believe their Koran even says that it is fine to lie to Infidels so long as it advances the cause of Muslims.
