I'm sure clownshoes will veto it.

The 1921 act requires the President not Congress to submit the budget, and the fiscal year is October 1st to the end of September. The President submits the same in early January and February each year. There is no obligation for either or both houses of Congress to pass a budget resolution, but congress usually should have it done by April 15th each year, if not it falls back to the prior year, and a budget resolution does not require the president's signature as you suggest with your absurd veto comment because a budget is not a law but simply binds congress. I will always remain a Republican because a real republican understands like a business person that a budget is a priority. We need budgets to have meaningful political debates about our priorities as a nation.

Meaningless theatrics intended to prove to their base that they hate the poorz and minorities enough.

A truly humanitarian plan to privatize Medicare, repeal the ACA, slash food stamps, gut financial aid for students, deregulate Wall Street, and not even come close to balancing the budget.

What a bunch of dickheads.

You claiming to be a life long Republican is much like the quote from Abraham Lincoln.

Abraham is said to have asked a bartender if we call the tail of a dog, a leg, how many legs does the dog have?
