I am not trying to diminish the President. I respect the office and do not speak ill of him or his family.

His politics I do not agree with on all counts and has nothing to do with who he is, who his people are, or what his belief system is.
You are the one with the race issues, Seaoat.

Grow up.

I call BS. Your posts speak volumes. I do not need google translator to read your message. I will believe you when you admit the President has done a good job. By the way, I am a Republican. I donate to Republicans, and I was just invited to the former Speaker of the house home for a campaign fund raiser for the Republican candidate for governor who I used to golf with regularly. I voted for McCain, and I voted for Johnson. I never voted for President Obama because I completely disagree with his domestic policy of hiring more teachers, police, and fireman. However, I have been completely transformed. This President has done a great job for America despite the hate from the Dixiecrats and haters......you either separate your views from the haters or have the integrity to admit what color your policy differences are.........

Sophomoric.

Just raises your blood pressure when the black man is having a record presidency........try to find another article written by someone like Moore to diminish the President.......sorry the truth is killing you folks who cringe at the thought of a Black man being so successful. Let me put it another way which is not sophomoric......President Obama 99 haters 10.......digest it.
------
Record unemployment
Record underployment
Record people on welfare
Record rape of Americans wallets with new taxes
Record scandals
Record dead ambassadors and security teams
Record dead Border Patrol agents killed with weapons given to drug cartels
Record losses of seats in Congress in midterm elections
Record tax increase on middle class with ACA
Record loss of credit rating
Record money spent on vacations for the family on
taxpayer dime
Record Kia in Afghanistan on his watch
Record VA issues for vets
Record golf rounds
Record number of terrorists released that went back to terrorism
Record amount of arrogance
Record amount of the cost of staples like milk hamburger meat etc
Record lack of respect by foreign entities across the world

Need I say more?

Need I say more?

You said nothing........absolutely nothing which diminishes the President except the VA which the buck stops on his desk. Nothing, so saying more nothing is par for the course.

Good night, Seaoat.

I'm glad you found peace with Obama and can support him.

I would love to be able to do that. I can guarantee it won't happen on an economic level or on a level of his as commander in chief. Not because of this race you continually bring up and cloud the issue with but because I do not feel he is or was the right man for the job.

I do respect him as a family man. I think he has lovely daughters. I feel for any child that has to grow up in a political family or live in the White House.

And I like their dog.

Would love to be invited to the WH for lunch with him and his family but I would not want to talk politics, economics, or current issues. I'd love to hear the things we have in common as people...just plain ol' people.

Call BS if you like. Whatever...

Oh, shut the fuck up.

You've got no solutions.

You've got no answers.

All you've got are catch phrases and sophomoric axioms.

You are a child.

Point your eyeballs towards the right hand side of this chart and then use them to focus on the blue stuff.  Those budgets.

Your little chart is not a budget. If you ever worked for me and submitted a chart like that as your... budget, you wouldn't be working for me in a office capacity very long. Your new position would be environmental organizational specialist at a substantially reduced pay and we'd probably start calling you Joe.

Is there a chart for continuing resolutions?

So you deny the facts that the deficit has been cut and continues to be cut under President Obama because no budget has been passed since 2009?
Bottom line is President Obama is on course to have a balanced budget by fiscal 2017.  Pretty remarkable what he has accomplished.

When that budget is balanced in 2017 what will the National Debt be? Anything you say about the debt being sustainable will likely fall on deaf ears.  The current debt is somewhere above 75% of GDP.  Put in individual terms that's like me earning $100K per year with credit card debt of $75K.  Who thinks this is a good or sustainable thing?

Holy shit. Let's start over.

colaguy, how do we go about addressing the debt? What is it that you feel needs to be done in order to address the debt?

Obviously, staying within an established budget will be a good start (as you have pointed out the decreasing budget deficits are doing).  The main driver of the continued increasing Debt is the GD Congress, which is as happy as a pig in shit to spend other people's money.

I can't be expected to teach you how to create a budget so that it can be implemented and followed so you'll have the information to make a simple bar graph at the end of each year. Did you ensure the circular files in Pkr's office were emptied there Joe?

But you realize that a $1.4 trillion dollar deficit cannot be balanced overnight, right? Not without catastrophic economic effects, at least. Do you agree?

Thanks for making my point Seabass. Ever studied personal bankruptcy? Generally, when you owe as much as you make in a year in gross pay, it is time to go see the bankruptcy attorney. We now owe more than we can make thanks to the Dems and giveaways.
