The SUPREME court said this is just a tax....read Obama's lips...it's a damned tax, it is Obama's fault ! Damn-it.

Supreme Court listening to another part of ObamaCare.
They have granted cert as to whether the black letter law as to application of the law is what congress intended where there is silence in some areas as to applicable federal exchanges. I predict they will ask that portion to be sent back to congress for clarification, which means that the stall will be applied. It is clear by reading the entire law that the statutory interpretation should be applied to the entire act, but clearly there is silence on the specific portion.

The part the SCOTUS is hearing is whether or not it is legal for people in a state who did not establish a state exchange can receive a subsidy in those states by simply using the Federal Exchange. There will not be a decision until at least June 2015.
If they overturn this then million's would lose subsidy, the thinking is the states will set up a state exchange and let the feds run it.
Down the road the only part that may be completely repealed is the employer mandate and medical device tax, but this takes congress.

As long as it takes for govt to get anything accomplished he may very well be close or out of office. First the pubs have to come up with a viable plan and everyone agree on it before they take million's of subsidy's away. Remember not just dem voter's received a subsidy so did pub voter's.
