You rate their job performance on whether or not the general public decides to commit more crime than last year? Seriously?

Obviously our military is underpaid and should be allowed to unionize so they to can be competitive with the private sector.

You have a good point.

From the article it seemed like they were trying to save money and had a small district in between a large one, so they are doing what a lot of busiinesses are doing in these hard times. Making more people do all the work. I'm not sure how they counted the crime stats but what I saw seemed high.

It also seemed like they were trying to get out of the union so maybe once they fire them all and the union is out of the way they will rehire?
