Pensacola is sorely lacking in a good Thai restaurant. I have eaten at many good ones in other cities, but not so here. Why is that? Is Thai not something that interests the folks here? I'm lovin me some good Pad Thai.
I saw a while back that a Panama City Thai restaurant was opening a location here in Pensacola - PCB Classic Thai Sushi. But, nothing has materialized so far. I may be in the PCB area later this year - I'll check out the restaurant and give a report.
