The abrams name sounded familiar for a good reason, there was another abrams who was recently charged for shooting in retaliation for his cousin gettin killed, they have the same address..

Yes it did. and I actually came out on the crime portion of the PNj to address gangs way before they started even suspecting gangs. Because I came to pcola from a large city and gang activity is easy to spot if youve lived around it all your life. They finally caught on, but I dont think they know how to handle it. They need to go to some larger cities and get some tools/ideas/plans that work. I even brought up neighborhood watches, and I think some places did get that eventually. I actually went to the pcola police web site and sent them information on how to deal with gang activity from the jacksonville police dept web site and information on neighborhood watches.

When the cops arrived, the locals scattered like cock roaches at a motel 6 when you turn on the lights. They should shoot every one that runs. Everyone who runs is a criminal. Everyone who freezes is a well disciplined criminal. Shoot them all and be done with it.
