What a giant snafu. Courts will be busy...to say the least. No one is identifying the "chemist"...isn't that a little weird? I'm just going to take a wild guess...he (?) was using AND selling.

a scam by the gov to let some druggies out.

teo, I hate to disappoint you, but this admin wants druggers free.

there is no reason what so ever to render convicted cases obsolete due to one persons apparent problem. if we allow this to occur, we will not be able to hold anyone n jail at some point, because we will have to set them free based on any weak link, and there is ALWAYS a weak link
