His name is "Miller Matthew Todd" according to the article. He is 24 years old and went to North Korea on a tourist visa. When he got there, he tore the visa up and loudly declared that he had come to North Korea "...after choosing it as a shelter..."

I am sure the benevolent North Koreans will treat him well.....
