What's wrong w/ those people in South Carolina?

After all the gun killings in this country, S.Carolina tries to pass a bill where anybody can carry w/o a permit? And the Gov. supported it? Unreal.

Well I look forward to when finally Florida returns to open carry. I would hate digging around for my gun if I needed it. May happen, there's a movement to do it ongoing.
