I will use my laptop to visit this forum sometimes when the grandkids are over. We like looking at utube. I do not want my grandchildren looking at a nude woman with a vibrator. I have tolerated the filth that our resident nazi has posted for years, but the five year old cannot read, and the conduct of another poster who was sick, but please use some self control, because I am not going to coming here and participate if I am potentially exposing my grandchildren to inappropriate and childish avitars.

I have always liked this forum because this 14 year old type of crap was not part of the deal. Somebody may be having a bad night, but certainly I do not expect they would feel comfortable if their grandchild saw this.

If I want to surf a porn site, I am a big boy and know where to go, but sitting with the grandkids and having this flash up is totally inappropriate, and like the other filth that has been posted here, there is some question about the mental stability of the people who are posting this garbage.

Hmmmmmmmm.  This is where the very large side of my Libertarian views dares to disagree.

I never saw the avatar and don't really care to, but again, here we are trying to limit someone because we don't care to limit ourselves.  SO, if you are afraid your grandchildren will see something they shouldn't, don't look at it in their presence!  Simple.

How many freakin laws do we have to endure simply because someone objects?  How many freedoms do we sacrifice?

Perhaps the forum should say "almost everything is in bounds here".

I think I would give your comment more weight if you had seen what was posted. However, when your daughters start having little ones you will learn that they can be playing with their toys across the room and you can be sitting in your chair interacting on a forum, and suddenly they are in your lap and they want papa to go to the Blue Zoo Train. Well when you are responsible you do not view porn in front of your grandchildren, and I certainly did not expect to see a woman spread eagle and nude and apparently getting familiar with a vibrator. If you think that is appropriate on any forum in America, than you visit the same. This forum has never had that type of material as a staple of its existence, and somebody apparently was having a bad day. Of course if you want to view child pornography so you can brag that anything goes, be my guest. I will not participate.

I didn't see what was posted, but I agree that this forum is no place for filthy pictures.   I don't want to see porn when I log on here and I think Seaoat has a very valid point.

I am also tired of seeing some members harassed.   I don't care what other members do for a living or how much money they make.   I also don't think members should be followed around and harassed because they post opinions or links to stories that other people strongly disagree with.   If you have a strong opinion about what someone posts, by all means--challenge them on what they say.  Tell them what you think about what they posted and tell them why they're wrong.

Filth comes in many forms, and the failure of some to recognize the same may explain why some people consider challenging that filth to be harassing, or others think anything should go without challenge whether a person is posting child pornography or nazi literature, the filth needs to be challenged by any descent person who has a shred of morality, and I will continue to challenge the same. A dead TSA agent was dehumanized because of the filth which is published on the web which hate groups make anybody associated with the government part of a conspiracy to harm people. We already can see on this forum how easily influence they are in their troubled lives to act on this filth. If my words are not true, simply ignore them, or challenge them.
