Questions: What happens if the Teahadists try the same tactics next January/February when the current short term solutions expire? How much lower can they take Congressional approval if they only have 12% to play with? Further, what implications do these findings have for the 2014 midterm elections?

Congress is pretty much split down the middle between the parties. That 12% applies to ALL members, not just the GOP there clownshoes.

The electorate is a spoiled brat that is willing to ignore corruption and ineptitude in exchange for free shit.
