Yet the Republican convention was like a group at an AA meeting passing a bottle of vodka taking shots of spiked kool aid and trying to decide who will drive the nation into the ditch......because the tow truck driven by President Obama has just removed the nation from the ditch......and he is responsible for getting us in the ditch.....splendid logic.

It wasn't a terrorist attack. It was a crime committed by an 18 year old German teenager, born and raised in Germany and not connected at all to ISIS, any terror group or refugees of any kind.

You're absolutely right, Z-man, but I really do wish Obama had not felt the need to inject levity at that particular moment. He is, however -- despite right wing claims to the contrary -- a human being.

Actually, police have determined that he was inspired by Anders Breivik.
Breivik was a mass murderer whose motive was to stop a muslim takeover of western europe.
