....every eligible Mexican citizen has to have a tamper proof photo ID card with a thumbprint on an embossed hologram.

All citizens are required to personally enroll and show proof of birth or citizenship.

Applicants are required to personally return to collect their voting credential.

So how is it that we cannot upgrade to Mexican standards without being called a racist?

Maybe it is because one political party is dependent upon voter fraud.

historic voter fraud in Mexico has had little or nothing to do with identification, and if you think the id is not a simple distraction from the historic and real problems of election fraud, you are missing the point.....id fraud has never been a problem in Mexico, and that is not how the elections have been stolen.
