FLORIDA -- Florida is getting just under 74 million dollars in federal housing money to support homeless and low-income housing.(otherwise known as housing for lazy people)
Here in the panhandle, Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties will receive just under a million dollars.
Okaloosa and Walton Counties will split nearly 62,000.
The money is from the U.S. Housing and Urban Development's Continuum of Care grants.
