If he knows it's going to collapse under it's own weight why the hell waste the time to overturn or not fund. Hell most of it is not funded now. SHOP the small group part has been delayed until 2015, so how many other parts will be delayed? They don't have it together now the funds. I just can't see wasting time on something that has a good probability of failing anyway.

He shoulda done that there press conference at the GOP Photo-op and Wool pulling sound stage; The Crawford Ranch, where the sayin' is...If you got some eyes, we'll pull some wool over'um in 20 minutes or less.
