Two Italian newspapers are claiming there's a gay sex scandal in the Vatican and one of the two newspapers is claiming that's what resulted in the Pope's resignation. The Vatican is denying it.

As I said in another post the other day, the world is getting all tied up in knots trying to cope with homosexuality.
And this sure isn't going to help matters. This is shirley going to stir up more and more hatred of queers. So buckle your seatbelts and hang on, fellow babies, for some even more intense queer bashing. And if these reports prove to be true, all hell is probably gonna break loose.

You could well be right. Could be exactly how this plays out.
And if so, the people "we deplore" are gonna be blamed for it all.

But it's partly also the fault of many homosexuals not being able to keep it in their pants. In that regard, they can be their own worst enemies. If the reports are true, those clergymen should have exercised more control over their sexual urges. And so should have the pedophile American priests.
It's just inexcusable. And now they're gonna bring down the wrath of queer bashing on all other homosexuals as a result.
The new Pope needs to understand that the only way he can restore sanity to his church is to have a zero tolerance policy with all this. Otherwise it's gonna sink him too.

This will also make it a lot more difficult to do any christian "missionary" work in the muslim world. The muslims who already despise queers will now be able to say "see we told you so, you are all nothing but the Great Satan and this proves it". I wouldn't count on getting many converts to christianity while all this is going on.

Ill agree there needs ot be a zero tolerance for this behavior. the unfortuante thing is that catholics do not have a lead on child molestation. they just get more publicity.

heaterosexual men molest females more often than any other. this is common fact.

one could say if you just look at boys then maybe so, but the problem there is that often a boy being molested by a woman goes un documented however there is more and more documentation of that occuring today then ever.

This is not gonna help matters either.
