I have been traveling, and only got bits and pieces of the former policeman who terrorized folks and apparently died in a Cabin. I was talking with some folks that if a person had time they could easily terrorize a country and nobody would be the wiser. So here is Seaoat's formula for a really nasty goodbye to folks who have done you wrong.
First, never let them know you are angry. Second, take your time and travel to some homeless shelters across America. Get to know people who are your age and general build and height. Try to find out their social security or driver's license information. Once you get sufficient information, apply for a driver's license in a state which is very far away from where the homeless person grew up or lived. Once you have a photo ID, open a checking account, and slowly deposit cash in that account. You would have to duplicate this process, and get a second identity before you could proceed. You would need to get phones with internet capability as modems in each of the person's names.
Next, you would have to purchase and get permits to have steel storage containers stored on appropriately zoned lots in at least four cities. You would purchase those containers and place them on the lots. The containers would be 40 footers and you would padlock the double doors, but weld a skylight door and vent on the top of the storage units where with a simple welded steps on the side you could enter the container from above. The roof of the container would have simple solar panels and a battery array which would make the unit self contained. A water tank, and a properly vented waste tank would also be required. The open end of the containers would contain a small motorcycle, fuel, a small generator and a facade of shipping boxes which makes the container look full. A person would then contact trucking companies and establish an account which moves the containers from about 5-8 locations across the country. After the accounts are set up, a simple email will ship the containers to other locations and the payments would be automatic deductions from either of the two accounts.
Now, a person could terrorize for years and when using the internet would only hack into an insecure network and email threats to the organization or person who was the target of the revenge. After hitting a particular region, a person would simply have themselves shipped to another location where they could remain self contained without threat of exposure. The key to this formula is that the disguises must match the alias of the two homeless persons with beards on one, and a wig on the other. So, if a person is pulled over they will not look like the photos being put out by the national media.
I discussed this with a group of people and we all concluded that folks who seek revenge often let emotion stand in the way of a plan.
