It is Xe now, not Blackwater. Anyhow, none of these could make the cut as Xe hires pretty much out of the SOF community.

How about the conflictive environment of our country currently? With right wing Christianwhacko racists urging the shooting of illegal immigrants, the shooting and bombing of doctors who offer legal medical services to women who choose not to carry to term? How about right wing nuts like Terry McVeigh, and all the angry, violence prone religious fundamentalists who acredit their fictional god for expressing his distaste via hurricane or tsunami or earthquake for acceptance of homosexuality, same sex marriage, or voting a liberal ticket?

How about the constant media support for celebrating American violence -- our professional soldiers, CIA torturers, weapons manufacturers, and the like. We cheer when one of our drones wipes out an Afghan neighborhood, and cheer again when some self-proclaimed Christian whackos demonstrate at the funeral of a dead American soldier, claiming the death was God's way of showing disapproval for same sex marriages ...

Our unabashed interest for ultra macho film heroes who deal death in all its bloody forms, mostly killing ugly brown or yellow people, with plenty of explosions, chase scenes and a few lesbians tossed in for spice? Why does anyone wonder why Hoolywood invested millions in Zero Dark Thirty -- it's lastest mantra to carnage?

And look how folks like Markle celebrate anything Nazilike ...

And you wonder why nuts like the Newtown child killer grab large-magazine firepower and go into an elementary school to act out the violent video games he's been playing for years?

Markle's right, it ain't guns folks. It's Amerika Inc we should regulate.

Face it, ours is the most violent, war-prone country in the world, several times over. Why? you ask -- because war makes money, why else.

Why else do Americans need AK 47s or M-15s with 30 round clips or even drum magazines? You can't hunt deer with any of those assault rifles, and at the range, they can't touch a good bolt action for accuracy.

We NEED such firepower because it suits our imaginations and counters our massive hysteria of inadequacy and impotence in the face of a world that day by day removes our independence. Face it, Markle, you need big firepower because you like to think it helps offset your own helplessness.

Reality.

Our parents are no longer parents, it is no longer a stigma to be divorced, or having children out of wedlock. There are no more families. More and more parents have subjugated their parental responsibility to the government, mass media, computers. Kids and young adults text now instead of talk. Government feeds your kids for breakfast and lunch and some for dinner.

Games they play simulate violence for children thousands of times a day, it is no longer real. Plus...IT'S FUN!

When tragedy's like this occur you can guarantee people (family and friends) will come forward with statements about the offender. The statements will include comments about the offenders behaviour over a relative long period of time; he was acting strange, he was never quite right, he would not take his medication, he acted weird, he was saying and doing crazy things. These comments are usually followed by, we never expected him to do something like this....the point is no one took positive steps to assure the mental stability of the offender. No one acted on the recognition and warning signs of a person losing it until the point they are completely out of control.

Is society too busy protecting their "rights" or just too busy... we allow the abnormal warning signs to continue without intervention?

The problem is we have too many people who have warning signs. We can't make people do anything unless they have acted on their impulses. We can't make them take medication or even acknowledge they have a problem unless they become a danger to themselves or others. There are tons of people who are walking around who are mentally ill and potentially dangerous. Road rager's and people like Chrissy who could snap at any second and kill people for some imagined slight. We just don't know how far they will go.

I agree, Wordslinger. It's people like Pacedog and Ghandi that have arsenals of weapons. They should have to undergo a psychological eval. in order to posess weapons.

What a retard. No wonder you can't hold down a job. You're an idiot with rotton feet and a walnut where your brain belongs. Not to mention that you raised a part time walmart employee(every mothers dream).

Parents with a child that does or has displayed mental problems should make sure the guns are locked up.

Every shooter that I can remember reading about has had mental, behavioral, and or personality problems...it's time for family members to stop "hoping" the problem will correct itself.

I have no idea what an "M-15" or 30 round "clip" is. Do you?

I would think that a gun builder as he claims he is would know what an "M-15" and a 30 round "clip" are.
