And Obama still maintains his lead on the electoral map.

Pack it in, Mitt! It was a good run!

sugar plum sweety pie... last prez election at this time obama was up almost 8 points.

and even in 2004 bush was up by 1.5 points

why are even polls from the 22nd and 25th even in there?

Obviously the 146 tossups on the electoral map are not a factor, right Boards? Polls are good for people with a lot of time on their hands but I am afraid even you are going to have to wait until 6 Nov (late) to see what happens. It could go either way.

Obama leads in the electoral map with or without toss-up states.

So, according to your self-imagined impeccable but actually laughable "logic' they might as well call it today? Good, get it over with. Just make sure whoever wins actually carries out some promises of import this next four years, unlike the outright lies and general disinformation of the last four.

In other words, Obama voters need not bother to vote. All Obama voters can skip voting on election day, Obama has already won. Thanks for the heads-up......

Yep, the election is over. Any Obama supporters here can relax, they don't need to vote. Please report these results to the media. Obama has won the election. Obama supporters don't need to vote, stay home, or apply for jobs.

Well not all of them have had the chance to vote again though... Then there are still all those dead folk who have to be counted too.. It must be tiresome to be responsible for counting those BHO votes over and over and over....

The Economist endorses Barack Obama.

As did Mayor Bloomberg.

It's really quite remarkable.

Even the plutocrats can't stomach Willard's inveterate lying.

Most of the polls are adjusting their results to reflect a 6-9 point advantage for the Democrats which is what the figures were in 2008. That is not the case today as was shown in 2010 and hopefully is giving the Democrats a nice big false sense of security.

I, so hope, the "results" are not in.

It's an important election and will have everything to do with what direction this country takes.

We're no longer the best place to live, no longer the number 1 superpower and our credit rating has been lowered (relax MC and Boards).

We've lost much, but some fail to see it. Perhaps, there is recovery available, but not if Obama has the next 4 years.

No Country can be a superpower when they owe and owe and owe with no plan for repayment.

Liberals and conservatives must realize that we are on a path we simply can't afford or defend.

It is unfortunate that Romney could not convey anything truthful about reducing the deficit. It can't be done with his plans to further cut taxes and greatly increase defense spending. If elected, he is going to run the same deficits Obama has run-you can put that one in the bank.

This is Nate's take. Obama's chances of winning: 79%.
Mittens: 21%.

Check the odds in Vegas, money is money at this point it has no partisanship. I don't know how to get in to that data, maybe someone else here can do it?
