The thing is, it doesn't matter. No matter how many times she's cleared or right-wing fantasies are disproven, the right-wingers will cling to them like they're facts, anyway. It works like this: innocent until proven guilty... and then still innocent if the person's a right-winger. Guilty until proven innocent if you're a left-winger... and then still guilty anyway, because right-wingers aren't about to let go of a fantasy that makes any Democrat look bad.
It's time to stop treating conservatives like they're rational people. They aren't worthy of that kind of consideration anymore, at least, not most of 'em. They've taken the same "believe things on faith despite rational evidence to the contrary" shit that they were trained on in church, and they've applied it to everything. That's why you can't reason with 'em. You can't reason someone out of a belief that they didn't arrive at through reason in the first place... and nobody becomes a conservative through looking at facts. Not if they live in the South and see what years of electing the bastards have done, they don't.

Criminal or not - and at this point it doesn't matter, HRC showed the world she is careless and that the "rules' don't apply to her. If that doesn't sound familiar you only have to look at the current White House occupant. It would have been interesting if this didn't happen (from your linked article):

Who decided those yahoos were qualified to "screen" documents or that they were capable of telling the truth????
