What the congresswoman said," Mrs. Johnson said this morning on camera, "was absolutely true." The widow said the President's tone was gruff, and that he couldn't remember her husband's name.
She wants to know how her husband died and why his body wasn't retrieved for 48 hours. She wants to know why the military authorities would not allow her to view her husband's body. "They wouldn't even let me see a hand, or a finger. I don't even know if its his body in that casket."

Trump responded with a tweet claiming that he did mention Sgt. Johnson's name at the beginning of their phone conversation.

C'mon Joani, Pkrbum or Peedawg -- let's see you defend Trumps unconscionable behavior -- carrying on this awful battle with a gold star bride.

These kinds of debates are easy to resolve.

When two or more are accused of lying, and trump is one of them...

It's simple math! Wink

President Trump is showing more and more decline. He is unable to put 2 paragraphs together which are cogent and in his words. He is simply becoming more and more clumsy with the spoken word, and there is no surprise here. The questions about how these four died should be expanded and understood by the American people, and certainly the families deserve some explanation.

They'll get the same gold standard accountability that the benghazi slaughter received.

That's good... right?

BENGHAZI BIOPSY: A COMPREHENSIVE GUIDE TO ONE OF AMERICA’S WORST POLITICAL OUTRAGES

BY KURT EICHENWALD ON 10/21/15 AT 4:18 PM

"Moussa Koussa.

That is the name of the “classified source” in an old email from Hillary Clinton released last week by Republicans purportedly investigating the 2012 attack on the American consulate in Benghazi, Libya. Under the instructions of the Benghazi committee’s chairman, Republican Representative Trey Gowdy of South Carolina, Koussa’s name was blacked-out on the publicly issued email, as Republicans proclaimed revealing his identity would compromise national security. The media ran with it, saying Clinton had sent classified information through her personal email account.

But the CIA never said the name was secret. Nor did the Defense Intelligence Agency or the FBI. No, Koussa’s role as an intelligence source is about as classified as this column. He is the former intelligence chief and foreign minister of Libya. In 2011, he fled that country for Great Britain, where he provided boodles of information to MI6 and the CIA. Documents released long ago show Koussa’s cooperation. Government officials have openly discussed it. His name appears in newspapers with casual discussions about his assistance. Sanctions by the British and the Americans against Koussa were lifted because of his help, and he moved to Qatar. All of that is publicly known.

But, as they have time and again, the Republicans on the Benghazi committee released deceitful information for what was undoubtedly part of a campaign—as Kevin McCarthy of the House Republican leadership has admitted—to drive down Clinton’s poll numbers. Republicans have implied—and some journalists have flatly stated—that Clinton was reckless and may have broken the law by sending an email that included thirdhand hearsay mentioning Koussa’s name. The reality is that the Republicans continue to be reckless with the truth...."

The truth that the Niger attack was an ambush... and the benghazi terrorist attack was forewarned?

Then lied about right before an election for purely political reasons?

No... it's perfectly clear to any objective person. Those are the facts and reality. Thanks for playing tho.

What lie about Benghazi? So there was no ambush in Benghazi? The truth is simple.

The ambassador had repeatedly asked for more security... tho in a country that Obama and Hillary had just overthrown into chaos he probably shouldn't have even been there. Especially considering that al qaida was known to be there... even flying their flag in benghazi. So Obama and Hillary were either incredibly naive... or stunningly incompetent... likely the more dangerous combination of the two.

But you brush all that off... and think an unexpected attack in Niger is a bigger lapse of some sort.

Lol... you can't be serious.

So you did not even bother to listen to the multiple congressional investigations or their conclusions. Stunning that you have the nerve to state just the opposite of what those investigations found. Selective memory. Lies rationalized.

I would not know what happened in Niger as it is being hidden from the American public. We certainly do not want to talk about the death of four Americans. Just something we do not do.

The relatives of those killed in the Benghazi attack were never insulted by the President of the U.S
.

They admin and military sure as hell aren't blaming it on a fucking youtube.

So instead of lies and subterfuge we get honesty and an accounting.

I can see why you're upset now.  Rolling Eyes

Pkrdumb is still crying about BENGHAZI!!!1!!1??

His avatar is so very apt minus the captions.

Poor baby.

If Trump were a normal human being, capable of sympathy or empathy, one might hope he'd realize -- now that it's his turn -- that shit happens in foreign lands no matter who's president.

But that's expecting way too much from this child king. He'll never understand the long view, much less the wider view, on anything whatsoever.

Poor Pkrdumb. His only answer when his idol president is savaged by by rational critics, is to attack Obama or Clinton, or the tooth fairy. The icon he uses of a child crying is really a self-portrait. LOL

If anybody's actually interested in how Niger compares to Benghazi, they can find a pretty good analysis of that at this link.

If anybody actually wants to discuss the situation in Niger intelligently, they can ignore the childish, obsessed fuckwit who tries to change every topic into something that fits his limited scope of misinformation.  I get that some people will do anything to dodge dealing with the ridiculous mess that they helped put into office, because they're embarrassed -- and why wouldn't they be?  It must be humiliating to be a Republican right now... or, any time, really -- but it gets hard for adults to discuss things when a needy idiotchild keeps leaping onto the table in his Underoos screaming "WHA ABOUT DA TING DAH HAPPENINT FAH YEARS AGO THAT WAS BAD THAT I CAN TALK ABOUUUUUT SO I CAN TALK WIF YOU GUYS TOO HUH WAH BOUT DAT TING LET'S TALK ABOUT DAHH I BLEEVE CRAZY SHIT BOUT DAH!" and then making siren and howler-monkey noises until someone sedates him and puts him into the quiet room for a time-out.  Or, should, at least... we never seem to do that last part.

I know some people are desperate to keep talking about their crazy fantasies about the last administration because playing offense is a lot more fun than playing defense... especially when the thing you're having to defend is an incompetent headcase that could only have been elected by people so stupid they probably shouldn't be trusted to dress themselves.  But, we shouldn't help those people in their goal, because it only encourages 'em.  Instead, we should air-hole 'em and leave 'em in a ditch, unless we want to help them bore the hell out of us with reheated leftovers.  Starve the idiots.

What has your response here to do with Mrs. Johnson's corroboration of her phone call from the Pussy Grabber?

That leftists are grotesquely politicizing a soldiers death over a fucking condolence call.

Vikingwoman

Yeah just like the rightwingers politicized 4 soldiers deaths over a video!
