In this case, the officers of the company created an environment that all but forced these people to commit fraud or lose their jobs. He stated that he expected 8 accounts with the bank per customer. Who needs 8 bank accounts?

Get real. Laws that prohibit companies from stealing from their customers or clients are already on the books. They need to be enforced. You actually believe that by demanding companies not steal from their clientele, you are "controlling" them to extinction? You're laughable.
