The two cops ran down a young black man on a motor scooter then beat him severely. They would have got off completely (in fact the Philadelphia PD brought no charges) until the victim's girlfriend discovered a video.
Now the cops are charged.
The two cops were white. The victim was black. No criminal record on victim, no store robbery, no illegal cigarette sales ...
