Poll: Most want a justice picked now

For the next Justice, Americans want a nominee and a hearing

Overall, 58% say they'd like to see the President nominate someone to the Court rather than leave the seat vacant until a new president takes office next year...

And more -- 66% -- say that whomever Obama nominates should get a hearing in the Senate.

Only surprised the percentages aren't higher.

I honestly don't care what polls say on this issue; this is a Constitutional duty of the President...not whomever takes office in 2017.
