I highly doubt obama would ok prosecution... it just isn't how he's responded to other issues during his term.

There won't be any prosecutions.....

Just look who escaped prosecution during the last administration:

George W. Bush---Liar-in-Chief.

Dick Cheney---Liar.

Condoleeza Rice---Liar.

Donald Rumsfeld---Liar.

Alberto Gonzales---Liar.

To their credit, they did manage to prosecute Lewis "Scooter" Libby---for lying; however, the Liar-in-Chief commuted his prison sentence in 2007.
