60 straight months of job creation......and never have the Republicans been scrambling more to find something to blame the President after he has made them eat their crow........but the funniest thing.......their whimpers.....yea......his policy are killing jobs and our policies are creating jobs......what policies have passed congress after President Obama and the Democrats set the table for this record economic growth? Instead of continuing stupid.....how about this unique idea.....disconnect the IV to special interests and start working for Americans.....Pass the minimum wage increases so now that Americans who are working.........CAN HAVE FAIR WAGES..............................or not and attack unions like Richard Nixon Walker.
What a Face

You mean we have 60 months of record economic growth and job creation, low inflation, dropping medical costs..........unfricking believable......I think we need to send some recruiters to Kenya and get some more socialist immigrants.......at least enough to start filling congress with competence.

I don't recall the R's ever explaining in any way whatsoever, how exactly the ACA was going to be a job killer. Somehow it just sounded good as a sound bite. At any rate that does not seem to have been the case.

Lies and propaganda only work in the short term.....Benghazi....blah....blah....blah.....NOTHING........ACA.....blah.....blah.....blah.....NOTHING.......IRS.....blah....blah.....blah.....NOTHING......Hillary's email.....Blah......Blah.....blah.....NOTHING.....The Republican legislative plan.....Blah.....Blah.....Blah....NOTHING....Iran is going to blow up Israel..........Blah.....Blah......Blah.....NOTHING......ISIS is going to come over and kill us all.....Blah.....Blah.....Blah......NOTHING

Patience, competency, intelligence, and patriotism for AMERICANS and not special interests is the path to sanity.

I have a problem with the PPACA. It is an effective subsidy for the insurance companies. One of my daughters just got private health insurance. She has $6,900 deductible. That is outrageous.

Vikingwoman

Oh wait! Remember how it was said all the Dr.s would leave the profession and hospitals would go out of business and medical people all would take pay deductions and the quality of healthcare would go down? Uh huh. Right.

No such deductible that high under ACA.

Vikingwoman

I think they do need to make some adjustments to the premiums, though. They are way too high w/ huge deductibles. This is the insurance co's racking this up.

I believe they were $6700. I remember seeing the high deductibles. I know there were a few at $5700.

A true ACA plan highest deductible for 2015 is $6350 individual 12,700 family.

but you didn't say if you receive a decent tax credit it change's the make up of a silver plan and you have lower deductible and lower cost sharing all the way around.

12700 in medical bills will bankrupt a family especially if they are trying to also meet the premiums as well. Affordable my ass. This is why people did without insurance BEFORE ACA was passed.

that's the extreme, hell there are some plans after receiving subsidy that lower's your deductible to zero and max out of pocket $2000. For a price without subsidy same low or no deductible plans. There were some plans before aca that had $10000.00 deductible and 20,000 max. There are some that asked for the highest deductible, not because they cannot afford a lower one but they don't want to pay for health insurance. May not matter come June when scotus make's their decision on latest law suit, it's 50-50 right now.

New President of Florida senate is pushing for expansion of medicaid, republican, but also either owns or executive of some healthcare company or hospital down south that stands to lose million's.

The Dems are gleefully jumping up and down that none of the extreme predictions have happened with ACA thusfar, but the law is not 100 percent implemented and there are still waivers that allow some folks to bit be affected until after 2015. Obama is going to leave the US with a serious albatross around its neck

It's an albatross when you can't afford to actually USE the insurance you are required to have
