Wow!!! Big News. Who would have thought this would happen?

He would like us to think he's invested somehow... but the truth is much as his sports predictions.

Most just run away......I stayed the course and never backed down. I was right from the beginning, in every regard. It was easy to see, and really was fun being the object of attacks on the PNJ. I was a studerite. I never met the man. I had inside information and was a investor in the park.......utter desperation. The most fun was arguing that Pensacola was going to get a minor league affiliated team......a person called X just laughed his asz off at me along with a regular PNJ poster who sadly I have forgotten his name. They both argued eloquently that the Pelicans would never have over 45k attendance.....I simply said the Pelicans would never play in this stadium.....I knew with certainty how attractive this location was to major league baseball. Those were great times.....10 posters to 1 saying that baseball would fail in Pensacola......it has been a great deal of fun.....but the best part....the taxpayers will be banking money and the public when my grandchildren have children will be going to a public waterfront......home run.

Hallmark will just run away. All the others did. As to the quality of life, I can take your word for it, or the 330k people a year who come to enjoy good family fun and vote with their feet.........all the while the taxpayer coffers will fill up over the next thirty years.......all those posts about how this park would lose money.......in life there is right and there is wrong......there are facts and fiction, and there are those who run and those who stand their ground. It goes to character. Attack Mr. Studer, or attack me......the facts remain indisputable......Maritime Park has been a home run. I will try to be here is as long as I can, I will not run away because I have been wrong.

.Arguing that condos and hotels would locate in the park..WTF!!! What are they going to build in the Park?  Bird houses?
..On Jan. 28, the CMPA Board voted to give the remaining waterfront parcels to a Miami developers for 99 years to build 200 luxury apartments. Sigh.

I am here in Pensacola, less than one mile from the Park. Where are you?


That excuse ran out when everyone of your arguments were wrong....and proven wrong with the obvious facts. My physical presence changes no fact or reality. I am here. You have run away. The rest is a concession speech for being wrong about Mr. Studer and the Maritime Park. Mr. Studer was a good man who took shots from cowards. He has done wonderful things for the community. I am a speck of dust, but even a speck of dust can tell the truth and defend a good man from cowards.....who in the end simply run away.

I call em like I see em.......tough to stick around here when you were so wrong on this issue. I understand. I would look for alternatives to have fun to......I like it here.....I liked it better when you were here......but I understand......

Your personal attacks on Mr. Studer on a Public forum were the most cowardly thing I ever saw on the PNJ......they were personal and they were wrong. The use of the word coward was being polite, but the fun of this place is that Mr. Studer has done quite well, the Park is a success, and you have ran away again.....oh I am sorry.....the veteran has run away again.

Very few people ,if any, have ever called me a coward to my face. If I thought you were worthy, I would like to give you than chance. But you are not.


Mr. Studer suffered horrible innuendo and hateful cowardice. I am sure you would walk up to his face and say the horrible things you posted here.....yep....a veteran ambushing relentlessly the character of a good man.....but I guess you thought Mr. Studer not worthy too.....that is why you hid while destroying his character......its time to run away....I thought you said you were gone.....the truth is scary.

The shame in easily placed upon those that manipulate that truth. No one does that more than seagoat.

I have never regretted a moment never serving and having the good fortune to get 305 as my draft number. I do not have to belittle anybody....they seem to do a pretty good job all by their lonesomes. My life is not one dimensional, nor do I hang everything on one time in my life. Now Mr. Studer can be attacked because he did not serve......yep......the splendid logic continues....and where is damaged eagle when you need him.......he is a veteran too.....I never understood why you did not bond.

Great, we can have the Eagle/Hallmark reunion tour, and you can post pictures of Mr. Studer and make COWARDLY attacks on the man. Isn't getting past your bedtime?
