Its been two days since Bob had a smoke.

I have no clue as to why anyone, especially in this day and age, would start smoking. I just don't.

A dear friend of mine successfully fought throat cancer six years ago. She still had to have one or two cigarettes a day. Last week she was diagnosed with lung cancer which also appears to be in several of her lymph nodes. They'll find out Monday how serious.

I'm so sad.

Bob, please do whatever is necessary to not pick up another cigarette.
