The records,obtained by USA TODAY,show immigration officials released some undocumented immigrants who had faced far more serious criminal charges,including people charged with kidnapping,sexual assault,drug trafficking and homicide.

Several of the forum members lament (ad nauseum)  illegals are not criminals...just hard working individuals seeking the American way by illegally entering the country.

The shooter that killed a California deputy has a criminal record and has been deported twice.
