The Obama administration boasted yesterday that 6 million Americans (and non-Americans) have signed up for Obamacare.



Of course, they offer no proof of this and told Congress they don’t know how many actually paid for their plans.

That means they’re only down a few hundred thousand people since the law took effect.



This is what Progressives call SUCCESS!

Why don't we just call it 100 million and spike the football? It's not as if accurate data or the results actually matter.


The spiking of the football happens when you have scored. I know this is a distant concept for an Oligarch known as random internet guy.....but all the whining and moaning about how nobody was going to sign up......Spike!

Yea, just like the commercial against Crist that is running right now, 300,000 have lost coverage in Florida. That is an outright fabrication.

A slow start but now it is  booming or is that bombing.....



CBS News (Oct. 2013)has confirmed that in Washington, of the more than 35,000
people newly enrolled, 87 percent signed up for Medicaid. In Kentucky,
out of 26,000 new enrollments, 82 percent are in Medicaid. And in New
York, of 37,000 enrollments, Medicaid accounts for 64 percent. And
there are similar stories across the country in nearly half of the
states that run their own exchanges.


Now let's look at Obama and Seaoats home state ......how much does Medicaid cost the state?
In Illinois 39 percent of the entire state's general budget goes to pay for Medicaid.
It is an enormous drain on the state.


Because of ACA, Illinois added an additional 342,000 to medicaid and it is predicted by 2017 Illinois will have 513,000 additional Medicaid recipients.

Illinois spent $12 billion on Medicaid last year and expects Illinois’
costs to jump to $13 billion next year. The federal government cannot  
afford to pay 90 percent or more of the cost for the new Medicaid
enrollees. The funding will fall back onto the state......taxes will
rise significantly and the middle class tax paying residents will be
hit harder than ever.

“Just like every other federal program where they have promised to
cover (the costs) they will change their mind.  This is an expense that
is going to back to the states in a few years. And it is something that
the states clearly can’t afford....



Remember.....39% of Illinois' general budget
already goes just to medicaid.
