I have it 50/50 with Biden breaking the tie. Democrats retain control. The republicans will lose 10 net house seats.

I think it will hinge upon how much can be hidden about the real obamacare numbers... including data from third parties mainly the ins corps and the rate increases. If hhs and obama can block congress access to supeona that info... status quo. Leftists win.

Well if the rate increases are released as in the past they won't be made public until Nov 15th. The rates for the individual plans that were effective Jan 1 are suppose to have a 12 month rate guarantee. I think if anything may blow up during the year would be the cost sharing for the silver plans. The cost sharing was part of the sequester.

I don't think we'll have a real picture of the effects... my prediction is one of obfuscation. NO news is votes.

Who knows, over on the insurance boards there are links to CMS that say a little over 3 million has signed up. But it is put out by the govt. I suppose the insurance company's could put out a release this summer. Last count on Florida was supposedly 160,000.
