If the conclusion of the article is correct, a simple lawsuit will bring any constitutional questions before the Supreme Court. The truth is that it would take at least a year for those suits to get to the Supreme Court, and I would bet doughnut to dollars all constitutional questions will be moot.

Good post, seaoat.  Except that kind of rational thinking is not the way pee-dog/KarlRove works.  
Let us talk about the author of the article who is an economist, not a lawyer.
M. Northrup Buechner is an economist who worships Ayn Rand.  
Any idea why Buechner would hate Obama?? Anybody??
Any idea why an article about constitutional law written by an economist would hold any sway in any argument about law?
