It's been reported that the Office of African American Education will be uniquely furnished with a large hollowed out tree trunk and two matching wooden clubs.

Another "Executive Order" to buy votes with tax payer money without that burdensome chore of going through Congress or including it in a budget (as if they had one). How many programs already exist with the same goals? These programs will never work if the target audience doesn't want to play. Look at the massive failure of Head Start.
