Good Grief! There's no test for mental illness.The problem is very few people who have mental illnesses are Baker Acted. I can guarantee you this guy was diagnosed years ago w/ a mental illness-probably misdiagnosed. He has some sort of psychotic disorder-shizophrenia I would guess. There's no way to tell whether someone is going to do this.
