This whole IRS mess never had to happen

This whole mess should never have happened but since it did why did this administrations officials elect to obfuscate, outright lie, and bob and weave over known information? Now Lerner is pleading the 5th after her ex-boss pleaded ignorance along with BHO and his other minions. Fact is this president and his administration can't be trusted. Too many instances of the same behavior indicates a dysfunctional administration with a weak "leader".

Sure it had to happen. Everyone in the admin is power hungry and abuses authority.

Thankfully a representative from SC challanged Lerner invoking her fifth amendment right...She testified with an opening statement and declared herself innocent....then said she would not testify....Even the ranking democrat said she was wrong and needs to go and possibly face criminal charges...There is no way two out of control officials are the only ones to blame...Lerner is going to do what needs to be done to protect her pension and not face prosecution but she better have some good information...
