Just what I argued......One buck surcharge on each ticket last year would have closed the deficit.........nothing more needs to be said for the next five years......stunning success, and when the build out is complete..........the buck will probably be sufficient.

Very good report and good detail. I like their swapping out the back of the house loan, and using that capital to finish the marina which must start with the breakwater construction. It is very encouraging that there is finally an attempt to get all decisions centralized. Good things are coming. There is resistance from the baseball people to the buck surcharge, but it is a solution which will put the numbers behind this project. Very good discussion, and a good report.

The one about the Marina is interesting. People launchuing a boat have to have a place to park their their vehicle and boat trailer. Since parking is already a major problem this should bring up a discussion for the SkyHook I thought was necessary back in the early days of the Park.

Boats on trailers are way too plebeian for the downtown crew. Think Yachts and Mega cruisers.

It should go to the highest bidder. Stupider has held back selling the naming rights-which is odd to say the least. Surely he is plotting some evil twisted plan that benefits what he wants. Greedy bastard!
