Another reason to leave Afghanistan – Kabul is taxing U.S. funded construction projects

Let’s see, the U.S. is funding construction projects in Afghanistan (probably to make it easier to transport heroin) and then the Afghan gov’t taxes the U.S. contractors on the U.S. government funds. In some cases the contractors pay the tax and get refunded by the U.S. government. Meanwhile the CIA continues to send millions to Karzai. Nope, nothing wrong with this picture.
