This whole admin is going down and the sooner you understand it, the more able you will be to cope with that.

Benghnazi Syndrome, or as the Doctors call it, BS.

2seaoat wrote:“[W]e do know that Islamic extremists with ties to al-Qa’ida participated in the attack.” That was replaced by the more tepid “There are indications that extremists participated in the violent demonstrations.”
A distinction without a difference......any thinking person who heard the president knew we were attacked by terrorists......absent any politician opening their mouth, a high school graduate would realize we were attacked by terrorists, the question of whether they manipulated demonstrations or did not is entirely not relevant......the real question is how f'---ing stupid would somebody have to be to think this was not terrorist? It is entirely an illogical argument......Americans are stupid, therefore the president mislead Americans......granted some Americans are stupid, but I would guess that 90% of Americans without explanation from anybody understood that this was a terrorist attack and would agree with what the President said in the Rose Garden.........
So what is this argument about? It is about the idiotic thesis that Americans are stupid, and that because of the above change in language, the election results were changed. The rest of this discussion is superfluous because what I have just stated is the core premise, and it is on the face absurd.

... what the wingnuts fail to realize at their own peril, is that this little drama is playing out within the confines of their echo chamber bubble.
The American electorate has largely tuned out the somnolent drone of the 24/7 cable news static regarding scandalous talking points and malevolent IRS mid-level staff.
However, impeachment proceedings against a President they overwhelmingly re-elected will bring that sleeping giant to its senses real quick, and there will be a hefty price to pay.
Repukes are incapable of learning from experience.
Please proceed, governor.
