so funny in a way many years ago----------I did that one time , I had a few drinks and I was at mall in Lousiana . The bar walls and exit was all glass and I walked through what I thought was a door opening and I hit my head and fell backwards on the floor had to stay on the floor for a few minutes .

right after that a Lawyer walked out with me afte his wife and him helped me up and said are you ready to sue this place--haha I told him I was drinking drinks of many kinds and colors its my fault he still wanted to sue --followed me out to my car trying to convince me -I still wouldnt ---was I stupid or what LOL-drunk

Because unless they have a big sign with big letters in there saying "We're Not Responsible For Injuries To Escaping Thieves Who Crash Through the Glass Door", then that fellow and his lawyer are gonna own the place.
And even if that sign is posted, the fellow and the lawyer will still probably own the place.
I bet as we speak the fellow is sitting in a wheel chair wearing a body cast and a neck brace in preparation for the jury trial.
